Day 1 Marhaba to Morocco, Where the Sun Sets! :
Casablanca - Marrakech

Arrival at Casablanca Airport. Warm welcome by our English-speaking Muslim Baraka Trip Guide and transfer directly to Marrakech, the “Door of the Desert” and one of the four Imperial cities of Morocco.

On arrival, visit the vibrant Jemaa el-Fnaa square, a traditional daily fair with storytellers, snake’s charmers, fire-eaters, Berber musicians and more. This Icon of Marrakech is several centuries old and classified by UNESCO as a world heritage. Visit also the nearby Mosque of Koutoubia, built by Almohades dynasty (12th century).

Continue journey to Merzouga, where our adventure unfolds with our exclusive Sahara Desert tour. Experience the stunning desert of Merzouga on a camel ride. As the sun sets, immerse yourself in nomadic life, gathering around a campfire and retire to a traditional Berber tent for a night under the desert stars.

Day 5 Sunrise Over the Sahara Dunes :

Day 6 Ancient Routes Leading to Fez :

After breakfast, travel the ancient caravan trail, pausing in the oasis town of Erfoud, known as the “Gateway to the Sahara”. Continuing through the palm-fringed Ziz Valley, our journey brings us to Midelt, a charming market town nestled between the Middle and High Atlas Mountain ranges, where we take a break for lunch. Journey continues to the Heart of Morocco - Fez.

After breakfast, explore Fez – the Lighthouse of Islamic knowledge and the City of Saints. Enjoy a guided walking tour through the ancient Medina, a captivating labyrinth of narrow streets filled with history and tradition. Discover several historic mosques, the beautiful Attarine Madrasa, and the world-famous leather tanneries. Visit the Zawiya of Sidi Ahmad Tijani as well as the sacred shrine of the city’s founding father, Moulay Idriss II. Your day continues with a visit to the old mosque and the renowned University of Al-Qarawiyyin, the world’s oldest continuously operating educational institution. Conclude the day with a panoramic view of the sunset from the Medina’s fortress.

Explore the sacred Shrine of Moulay Idriss I, a crucial pilgrimage site, and feel a deep connection to the Holy Prophet ﷺ, as Moulay Idriss (great-grand son of Imam al-Hassan) founded Morocco's first Islamic dynasty after fleeing from the Hejaz to the Berber region.

In the afternoon continue journey to Chefchaouen.
